Payment terms
Send payment to:
WELLS Center, PO Box 657, Denver, CO 80201.
Payment must be received to complete the registration process. Directions, event materials and other information will be emailed to participants once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel, please email us at least 3 business days before the event. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to wellsadmin@coloradosimulationcenter.org or via mail to WELLS Center, 1999 Fitzsimons Pkwy Suite 180, Aurora, CO 80045.
Inclement Weather
If weather conditions should cause the cancellation of the seminar, you will be notified via email of the cancellation. Please let us know if you need a different method of communication.
